Cancellation Policy

At QAMILLION, our endeavour is to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. To ensure convenience, we have formulated the following transparent cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order at any time before it's shipped out for delivery. Once shipped out for Delivery the orders cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may consider initiating a return request following our return policy guidelines.

Initiating Cancellation: To cancel your order, simply contact our customer support team. Please provide your order details, and we will assist you in cancelling the order promptly.

Cancellation Charges: In case you cancel your order before it is shipped out for delivery, a cancellation charge of 50 INR per order will be applied. This charge is necessary to cover initial processing fees.

In case you cancel your order after it has been shipped out for delivery, a cancellation charge of 150 INR per order will be applied to cover delivery charges and processing fees associated with the cancellation.

Communication: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or notification acknowledging the cancellation request.

Refund Process/TimeIine: After deducting the cancellation charges the balance amount pertaining to the cancelled order will be credited back into the same payment mode used during the purchase. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free refund process for our customers. Once the cancellation is processed, please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. The exact timeline may vary depending on your payment method.
